Holosome lets you log and track information about sleep, diet, exercise, lab results, medications, menstrual cycles, skincare, and daily routines. This information, along with any summaries, estimates, or suggestions generated by the Service — including features powered by artificial intelligence — is provided for general informational and self-tracking purposes only.

Holosome is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified physician or other healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition, medication, or before making changes to your diet, exercise, or health routine. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or logged in the Service. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

5. Content You Provide

You retain ownership of the information and content you enter into Holosome ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it solely to operate and improve the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of Your Content. Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share.

6. Social Features

Holosome includes optional social features, such as friends and leaderboards, that let you share limited activity with other users you connect with. Anything you choose to share through these features becomes visible to the people you're connected with. Use good judgment about what you share.

7. AI-Assisted Features

Certain features, such as chat assistance and meal-plan estimates, use third-party artificial intelligence models to process the information you provide and generate output. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be independently verified, particularly for anything related to your health.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION, INCLUDING AI-GENERATED OUTPUT, WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOLOSOME AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, HEALTH OUTCOMES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Holosome operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
